    You can reach out to me by completing the form on the “Contact” page. This will notify me by email, and we can coordinate with one another to schedule a 15-minute consultation. During this time, we will learn more about one another. Feel free to ask me any questions to see if I would be a good fit for you.

  • Call Your Insurance

    I list the insurance plans I am in-network with on my “Services Offered” page (under “Fees”). Since mental health benefits are different from medical benefits, it is advised you contact your insurance company to clarify what is covered.

  • Schedule an Appointment

    If you would like to move forward, the next step is scheduling the first 53-minute appointment to dive deeper into your goals for therapy, the patient disclosure, answering any additional questions, and agreeing on a regular schedule.
